Dimitra's goal is to strengthen companies' vision and lead products and services to corporate success. She is a multi-disciplinary executive with broad experience in software product development and management. By combining technical expertise with business analysis, organization skills and sales mindset, she builds a strong strategy and inspires team work that yields results. Dimitra is committed to bring out quality products and innovation.
Currently, Dimitra is the interim CPO at ReceiptBank, an OCR powered. invoice tracking company based in the UK. Most recently, she was the VP of Product Operations at Bynder where she created a new team to fuel their scaling business and to support the CPO's vision. Prior to that she held roles as CTO and CPO at various tech companies across Europe.
As a technologist, she built teams and products with variety of technologies (node.js, Java, python, scala, .Net, PHP, Javascript, iOS, Android, etc), and led architecture on a variety of types of services: SaaS, B2B, mobile, AI services, web. In her product roles, Dimitra created and mentored Product Design teams with Lean and Design Thinking methods, from conception, assumptions validation to ideation and data-driven learning.
She believes in Getting-Things-Done-Right, and that a (web) product's success depends on 3 pillars: data, logic and user experience, applied on a customer validated assumptions for problem(s) and solution(s). From a strategic context, she carries many things in her tool belt like the business model canvas, product canvas and 3 Horizons framework e.o. to inform the teams' perspective and help assess opportunities.
In the end, she believes it's all about finding your sweet spot where you create worthy business value and maximizing the outcome while minimizing the output.
